DOLLY WEARS RETURNS

Upon receiving your item/items if you have any queries please contact us at customerservices@dollywears.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss this further. 

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that our sizing on our garments are correct and true to size, If you are unsure please use our Facebook VIP group to ask our loyal customers who are brilliant at offering feedback on sizing prior to your purchase. 

Should you have an item you wish to send back to change the size or colour please return this to the below address:

 Dolly Wears, Unit 19a London Road Industrial Estate, Grantham, NG31 6HP

 Please ensure the item is unused in the original packaging with tags attached. We ask that a note is enclose stating your name, order number and reason for return to ensure this is processed as soon as possible for you.

 Once your item has been received back with us it will be processed and refund will be issued if requested for this value this was purchased at. If you have requested an exchange an invoice will be sent prior to dispatch of the new item requesting for the delivery fee to be covered to enable us to send this out to you. (Please allow up to 14 working days for this to processed and issued)

 Due to the high demand we have for our products we cannot always guarantee if exchanging that the size or colour you have requested will be available when your return eventually arrives. If it is not available a refund will simply be issued. 

*Sale Items - Discounted products & Promotional items.

There are no returns/exchanges on sale items unless they are found to be defected. All sales for clearance,  promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please purchase carefully

Items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date. 

*Faulty items 

If in the rare occasion a fault occurs please contact our team within 30 days of purchase and we will investigate how this has occurred and determine if this is a manufacturing issue. You will be asked to return this back to us with the returns postage being refunded once we receive this. To resolve the issue we will either send out a replacement (if in stock) or issue refund however, this is to our discretion. All requests MUST be within the stated time frame.

Items sent to us outside of this date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the senders cost. An invoice will be sent for the postage cost to be covered. 

We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon receipt (even when purchasing for a baby that may not be born yet)  to ensure any returns that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame.

*The following items cannot be returned for store credit due to hygiene reasons- Underwear, Swimwear, Socks + Tights & Hair bows / Hair Ties and all Hair Accessories. 

* Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact.
Goods must also be returned odour free - ( Free of  Cigarettes , dampness etc)

* Cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
